Pennsylvania always has to be about the business of actively seeking to protect all of us, including African Americans, women, immigrants, First Peoples, diverse communities, LGBTQ+ and others, and all of our rights.  In this age of the Federal Government taking away Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs, the opening words of our Declaration of Independence, crafted right here in PA, have never rung more true, vital and important - 'We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men, women and children are created equal, and that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.'  I will work every day to not only represent all of us, but to serve all of us by protecting ourselves and our rights to live our lives in freedom.  Putting People First means everyone, and not just some.​​​​
